The Birkman Method® Defined
The Birkman Method® is a self-assessment tool that allows a company to analyze professional data and behaviors providing insight into signature strengths and the environment where people work most effectively.
It was developed by Roger Birkman, Ph.D. in 1951 as an assessment tool based on scientific study not theory and used to promote workplace growth and performance.
The questions are designed to encourage team building, executive coaching leadership development, career counseling, and uplevel interpersonal communication styles and conflict resolution management.
The Birkman Method® produces a comprehensive measure of personality, motivation and interest. The results demonstrate that three distinctive factors account for the majority of variance in job performance and satisfaction: characteristics of an individual, characteristics of a situation and interaction between an individual and situation.

Nikki Rohloff recognized at an early age that fostering relationships was a foundational building block. She continued to hone that skill as she acquired a Bachelors of Science in Accounting & Sociology, her CPA license, and most recently her Birkman Certification. Culture and team building in the firm has been a passion of Nikki’s as well and as a leader, she has gained a reputation for going the extra mile to ensure her team’s success.
