- Board-Level Advisory: Facilitate executive strategy sessions, align financial goals with EOS scorecards, and provide ongoing, fixed-fee counsel to founders.
- Ideal Qualifications: 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience with a proven track record in a controllership or CFO capacity. CPA or CMA preferred.

- Ideal Qualifications: 5+ years of public accounting experience in tax, with a CPA or CPA-eligibility preferred.
Tax Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious tax professional to integrate directly into our clients’ daily operations. You will forecast liabilities quarterly and execute strategies that minimize overall corporate tax burdens well before year-end
Role Summary
- Forward-Looking Mitigation: Forecast tax liabilities alongside standard operational budgets, executing timing-based decisions for asset purchases and owner distributions.
- Regulatory Structuring: Analyze corporate structures and adapt legal frameworks as clients scale, pivot, or navigate M&A activity.
- Continuous Advisory: Serve as an ongoing strategic resource for our partners, maintaining open communication under our fixed-fee model.
- Ideal Qualifications: 4+ years of industry experience in corporate tax preparation and planning, with an active CPA license or CPA eligibility strongly preferred.
